He was predeceased by: his parents, Janis and Gershon. He is survived by: his wife Dana Bosanquet; his daughter Brittany Crumpton (Dan); his stepson Stephen Prevatt II (Kate); his grandchildren, Layne, Alyssa and Austin; and his sister Vicky Martin (Steve).
