He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald K. Jane and Betty Jane. He is survived by: his wife Mary Jo Meloy; his children, Keith (Heather), Kelly Meloy and Kevin (Jessica); his granddaughter Kayla; and his sister-in-law Margaret Lyons of Cleveland, Ohio..
