He is survived by: his wife Cathy; his children, Ronald C. Barlow, Jr. (Terri), Michael Barlow (Nicole), Timothy Barlow, Lisa Sine, Patricia Herring (Zach) and Ryan Herring (Alyson); his grandchildren, Katie, Emma, Tyler, Elizabeth, Victoria, Andrew, Mikayla, Olivia and Veda; and his siblings, Lawrence Jr., Steve, Richard, Robert, Marijean and Linda. He is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
