He is survived by: his wife Theresa Brinkhaus; his sons, Phillip (Brittany), Benjamin Onelove (Autumn), Samuel and Jake (Nathasha); his grandchildren, Luna, Aria, Matteo and Theodore; his sister Connie Mashock; and his nephews, Michael, Mark and James.
