It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Zeb Vance Hicks III (Lady Lake, Florida), who passed away on December 16, 2023, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Vance Jr. Hicks and Vera Hicks; and his mother-in-law Theresa Houchens. He is survived by : his sister Vanda Saffel (John); his nephews, Steve and Guy; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Vicki Brenneman, Robin Wagner and Vance Hicks; and his grandchildren, Justin, Nicole, Taylor and Zachary.
