He was predeceased by: his parents, Reece Cowan and Dottie Lyvonne Jessee (Coley); his brothers, Michael Hart and Larry Jessee; his stepsiblings, John Key and Kris Fulton; his uncle Hugh Chance; and his nephew Joshua Ashby.
He is survived by: his children, Garrett Jessee and Kyndahl Jessee; his sisters, Samantha Jessee, Kim Findley (Jay), Melba Cotton and Destiny Hart; his stepparents, Arthur "Allan" Ball and Wilma Blake; his stepsisters, Janine Fields (David), Jollen Key and Robin Rogal; and his grandchildren, Whitley and Stetson.
