He is survived by: his cousin Johnny Griffis; his children, Regina (Barry Taylor), Roxie, Cynthia Lee, Theresa Annette, Bonita Suzzette, Richard Kevin (Misty) and Deborah JoAnn (Kevin Thompson); Gary Griffis.
