He was predeceased by: his parents, Edgar Wilson Douglass, Sr. and Sara Lucille McClure; his wife Martha Ann Douglass; his son Edgar Wilson Douglass III; and his brothers, Sonny Douglass, Bert Douglass and Roger Douglass.
He is survived by: his daughters, Conney Gay (Nicky) and Kelly Carlton (Randy); his granddaughters, Kierstin Jenkins, Karsyn Robinson (Andrew), Katelynn Jenkins, Madison Turner (Nate) and Taylor Douglass; his great grandchildren, Maverick Robinson, Reagan Robinson and Stella Turner; and his siblings, Lois Hersey, Charlotte Hersey (Lancin), Mary Hersey (Doley), Deborah Hollingsworth (Gizzy), Barbara Hall, Jean Raulerson, Donna Warren, Larry Joe Douglass and Bobby Douglass. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
