He is survived by: his wife Toni Crawford Green of Lake Butler; his children, Jonathan of Winter Garden and Hannah Green of Winter Garden; his stepchildren, Jeremy Crawford of Ponte Vedra and Christy Strickland (John) of Raiford; his sister Margaret Butler; his grandchildren, Faith McDermet (Jeremy), Cade Crawford and Jade Crawford; and his nieces and nephews, Chester A. Butler, III (Gail), Ronnie Green (Mary), Kelli Micheel (Art), Leesa Gilliard (Ron) and Kris Wyke (Butch).
