He was predeceased by: his parents, James H. Harrell, Sr. and Muriel Fender Harrell; his son Tyler Harrell; and his siblings, Mitchel Harrell, Jerry Harrell, Carol Harrell and Margaret Barber.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia Harrell of Lake Butler; and his children, Karla Voorhees (Scott) of Clermont, FL, Patricia Iezzi (Angelo) of Nashville, TN, Amy Elkins of St. Petersburg, FL, Chrissie Griffis (Corey) of Lake Butler, FL and Travis Harrell (Cynthia) of Palatka, FL. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, and 1 great grandchild.
