With heavy hearts, we announce the death of John Richard McSpadden Jr. of Lake Butler, Florida, who passed away on December 6, 2025 at the age of 72. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John Sr. McSpadden and Leona Clemons McSpadden; his stepson Billy Ray Sanford; his grandson Thorne McSpadden; and his siblings, Richard McSpadden and Patricia Rios.
He is survived by: his wife Juanita McSpadden; his grandchildren, Hayden, Brody, James, Allissia, Hunter, Jalyn, Skylar, Arianna, Aiden, Alexis, Brittany, Brannon, Sophia and Reagan; and his great grandchildren, Annabella and Lillie.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, December 9th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Lake Butler Church of Christ (475 NW 2nd St, Lake Butler, FL 32054). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, December 9th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, December 9th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Douglas Cemetery (14567 NW County Rd 239, Lake Butler, FL 32054).
