He was predeceased by : his parent Helen Lousie Lewis; and his brothers, Luther Hosey II and Sidney James Hall Jr.. He is survived by : his parent Helen Griffis (Ray) of Starke; his daughters, Jennifer Forsgren (L. J.) of Lake Butler and Kelli Davison (Kathryn) of Lake City; his grandsons, Lucas, Liam Forsgren and Malachi Davis; his siblings, Allen Davis of Lake Butler, Perry Don Davis of Lake City, Samantha Jamison of Brunswick, GA and Kalynn Hosey of Buckhannon, WV; and his pet Nuggett. He is also survived by his loving family and friends.
