He is survived by: his wife Patricia Waters; his son Robert "Bobby" Waters, Jr.; his grandchildren, Robert Chad Waters (Rachel), Deanna Michelle Merritt (Zed), John Adam Waters (Chelsey) and Robert David Waters-Ostrander (Brittany); his siblings, Ted Waters (Jean), Margaret Stansel, Jeanette Beilling (Jake) and Madeline Richardson (Mark); and his parents, L. V. Waters and Georgia Waters. He is also survived by many great-grandchildren, foster children, and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
