He was predeceased by : his parents, Wiley Godwin and Calley Brannen Godwin; and his daughter Lori Ann Young. He is survived by : his wife Bertie Crews Godwin; his sons, Stephen Godwin (Danell) and Fredrick Young; his grandchildren, Allison Young, Phillip Young, Stephanie Godwin, Adam Young and Marcus Godwin (Makayla); and his great grandchild Jaycee Young. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
