Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 6th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Green Cove Springs Congregational Holiness Church (2079 FL-16, Green Cove Springs, FL 32043). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 6th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A committal service will be held on Tuesday, October 6th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 1:30 PM at the Long Branch Cemetery Long Branch Cemetery (5500 Long Branch Rd, Jacksonville, FL 32234).
