She was predeceased by: her parents, Kenneth McIntosh and Mattie McIntosh; her husband David Ferguson; her daughter Belinda Ferguson; and her sisters, Myrna Gurr and Jacque McIntosh.
She is survived by: her children, Tina Wrye (Buddy) of Lake City and David Ferguson (Karis) of High Springs; her sister Shauna Johnson (John) of Jacksonville; her grandchildren, Justin Wrye of Lake City, Kortney Wyre of Lake City and Ashtin Ferguson (Jason Schiel) of Orlando; and her great grandchild Sage Schiel of Orlando.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Gateway-Forest Lawn Memorial Chapel (3596 US-441, Lake City, FL 32025). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
