He was predeceased by: his parents, Warren Brewster Clyatt and Louise Fralick Clyatt; his daughter Rita Ann Bates; and his siblings, Iris Williams, Franklin Clyatt, Ivan Clyatt, Ruth Jean Clyatt, Betty Jane Brown and Warren Clyatt, Jr..
He is survived by: his wife Janice Cheshire Clyatt; his children, Brenda Gail Humphreys, Charles Joseph Clyatt (Randi) of Sasser, GA, Tracy Brannon (Ronnie) and Bernie Howey (Paloma); and his siblings, David Clyatt (Brenda), Mary Lou Daniels (Lewis) of Lake City, Yvonne Petty (Zimmie) of Lake City and Nancy Chauncey (Stanley) of Lake City. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great grandchild; and numerous nieces and nephews; and his beloved dog.
