She was predeceased by: her parents, James Leroy and Jewell Lenet Hazelief Owens; her children, G. Ted Hobbs and Lisa Seay; her siblings, Homer Owens, James Owens (Kimo), Earl Thomas, Timothy Thomas, Gladys Owens Gillespie and Vida Owens; and her adoptive mother Teresa.
She is survived by: her children, Laura Hunter-Null (Mike), D. Scott Lightsey (Debbie), J. Wade Hobbs (Barbara), Glenn Lampp (Patty), Wayne Lampp (Yvette) and James Lampp (Veronica); and her cousin Joyce Kersey. She is also survived by 20 grandchildren; 31 great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, December 12th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Gateway-Forest Lawn Funeral Home (3596 US-441, Lake City, FL 32025). A celebration of life will be held on Friday, December 12th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Gateway - Forest Lawn Memorial Chapel, Lake City (3596 US-441, Lake City, FL 32025).
