He was predeceased by: his parents, Edgar Ray "E. R." Spradley and McKatherine Julia Bryan Spradley; his grandson Little Bobby Griffis; and his brother Tony Spradley. He is survived by: his wife Patty Prescott Spradley of Lake City; his stepchildren, Bobby "Bubba" Griffis (Ashley) of Lake City and Monica Hannah (Jay) of Lake City; his brothers, Sephus Spradley (Sheryl) of Lake City, Doyle Spradley of Lake City and Delano Spradley (Tracy) of Lake City; his grandchildren, William Reeder of Lake City, Peyton Griffis of Lake City, Aubree Griffis of Lake City, Easton Hannah of Lake City, Sadie Griffis of Lake City and Addison Anderson of Lake City; and his pet Sophia.
Visitation will be held on Friday, August 1st 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Gateway-Forest Lawn Funeral Home (3596 US-441, Lake City, FL 32025). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, August 2nd 2025 at 6:00 PM at the Home of Darrell and Patty Spradley.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations please be considered to be made for the family to help with their expenses during this difficult time.
