He was predeceased by: his parents, John Francis and Hattie Frances Holt Stumph; and his stepdaughter Karen Knots. He is survived by: his wife Betty Ann Stumph of Lake City, FL; his daughters, Connie Chapman (Jamie) of Kentucky, Cindy Voltz of Lake City, FL and Brenda Sandage (Jody); and his niece Julie Gillis.
