He was predeceased by: his parents, Barbara Davis Hyde Crews and Sovereign Vardaman Hyde; and his son Kevin Leon Hyde. He is survived by: his wife Donna Kinard Hyde; his daughter-in-law Jamie Hyde; his siblings, Sharon Hyde Stallings (Roy), Gary Hyde (Debbie), Joe Hyde (Nelly) and Kimble Hyde; his grandchildren, Sharon Danae Hyde, Naomi Rose Hyde and Porter Cole Hyde; his stepmother Rose Hyde; his stepbrother Marlou Nantes (Orchid); his nieces and nephews, Stephanie Hyde, Gary Hyde Jr., Gregory Hyde (Amber), Derek Hyde (Darlene), Haley Hyde and Gavin Hyde; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Chloe Hyde, Clarissa Hyde, Grant Hyde, Gunnar Hyde, Georgia Hyde, Flint Hyde and Lucas Hyde. He is also survived by many extended family members and lifelong friends.
