He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Williams and Alfreda Williams; and his grandson Ty Alexander Williams. He is survived by: his wife Sandra Williams; his children, Tonya Baker (John) of Alachua, Travis Williams (Elizabeth "Liz") of Rolesville, NC and Tara Hollingsworth (Matt) of Lake City, FL.; his grandchildren, Andrew Baker (Katie), Alex Baker, Grace Starkey (Aubrey), Aspen Hollingsworth, Arden Hollingsworth, Zac Williams, Zoe Williams and Cali Williams; and his great grandchildren, Ellie Starkey, Olivia Baker and Quinn Starkey.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Parkview Baptist Church.
