He was predeceased by: his parents, Everett Wallace Ellis, Sr. and Evie Jean Rachels Ellis. He is survived by: his wife Sandra "Sandy" Ellis of Lake City; his son Joshua Ellis of Lake City; his sister Susan Ellis Lindsay (Steve) of St. Petersburg; and his granddaughter Karaline Avri Ellis of Lake City.
