He is survived by: his children, David Mitchell of Yulee, FL, Dwayne, Lisa Barron (Sal) of San Jose and Loralyn Tanase (Ken) of San Jose; his brother Jack Mitchell (Estelle) of Pineville; and his close friend Louaddie Lowder of Lake City, FL.. He is also survived by nine grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren, one great-grandchild, several nieces and nephews.
