He was predeceased by: his mother June Kicklighter Keeler; and his stepparents, J. W. Bacon and Mary L. Bacon. He is survived by: his wife Gwen Ward of Lake City; his children, Richard Ward (Gina) of Starke, Robin Kaufman (David) of Live Oak and RonWard (Kelli); his siblings, John W. Bacon (Lydia) of Irving and Kimberly Warren (Tom) of Celine; his stepsister Patricia Gellner (Virginia) of Seaford; his sister-in-law Betty Brigman of Homestead; his grandchildren, Amanda Laming (Ray), Kyle Kaufman, Jarrod Ward (Sofia), Kaitlyn Godwin (Jason), Madison Ward, Gavin Williams and Emma Ward; his great grandchildren, LeeAnne, Kayden Kaufman, Liam, Leo Laming, JJ, Aiden, Gannon and Braxton Godwin; and his pets, Pogey, Gabi and Callie. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
