He is survived by: his wife Connie Perry of Lake City, FL; his sister Valerie Woska of Orlando, FL; his aunt Janice Harrell of Lake City, FL; his nieces, Kate Woska Sirtori, Paris, France and Emily Claire Groszewski of Boston, MA; and his cousins, Stephen of Lake City, FL and Matt Harrell of Lake City, FL.
