He was predeceased by: his sister Dianne. He is survived by: his wife Evelyn Gilreath Richter of Lake City; his children, David Richter (Nicole) of O'Brien, Corey Richter (Denise) and Bree Dominguez (Phil) of Forked River, NJ; and his siblings, Ken Richter of Green Valley, AZ, Tom Richter of Middlesex, NJ and Karyn Babus of Huntsville, AR. He is also survived by eight grandchildren and one great grand-child.
