He was predeceased by: his parents, Hermino Hernandez and Carmen Huerta Hernandez; his children, Guillermo Hernandez, Socorro and Sonia Hernandez; and his siblings, Jose Hernandez, Maria Luisa and Yolanda Hernandez.
He is survived by: his wife Luz Hernandez of Lake City, FL; his sons, Miguel Hernandez (Mari) of Lake City, FL. and Gustavo Hernandez (Amie) of Lake City, FL.; and his sisters, Concepsion, Marta, Petra and Candelaria Hernandez.
