He was predeceased by: his parents, Olin J. Moore and Ida Moore Holmes. He is survived by: his wife Dr. Emma Sims Moore; his son Hubert Dean Moore, Jr. (Ann Marie); his grandchildren, Christopher, Kathryn, Andrew and Aimee Leigh; his great grandchild Rachel of West Chester, PA; and his brothers-in-law, Bobby Sims (Sharon) and Tommy Sims (Susan) of Branford, FL.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the First Baptist Church of Lake City at 182 Justice Street, Lake City, FL 32055 or the Boy Scouts of America.
