He is survived by: his daughter Lynda Mulvey; his granddaughters, Hannah and Megan Mulvey; his daughter Michelle Buckley; his grandsons, Joshua and Jason Green; his daughter Georgia Miles; his grandchild McKenna Miles; his daughter Amelia Smith (Amy); his son-in-law Stephen Smith (Snuffy); his grandchildren, Keelie, Kaitlynn Smith and Dakota Hizer (Cody); his daughter-in-law Robyn Hizer; and his grandchildren, Kennedy and Cassidy Hizer.
