He was predeceased by: his parents, Mitchell Sapp and Anna Titman Sapp; and his siblings, Patricia Johnson, Carol Estevez, Bonnie Norwood, Bea Sapp, Christina Hall and Wayne Sapp.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara Luck Sapp; his daughters, Laura (Brian Caley) and Shannon (Alan Dean); his grandchildren, Justin (Melody Dean), Brason (Kaylan Caley), Glen St. Mary and Jordan Dean; his brother Gordon (Kathy Sapp); his sister-in-law Judy Sapp; and his caregiver Stephanie Wooten. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Haven Hospice Suwannee Valley Care Center, 6037 W US Hwy 90, Lake City, FL 32055, in memory of Mr. Sapp.
