He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Clifford, Helen Frame, Joseph and Lena Mosley. He is survived by: his parents, Edward Frame and Judy Frame of Lake City, Fla.; his sister Lori Coats (Brad) of Lake City, Florida; and his nephews, Alex and Nathan Coats.
A funeral service will be held on Monday, June 23rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Oak Grove Cemetery-Branford (107 NW White Ave, Branford, FL 32008).
