He was predeceased by: his great-great-grandparents, Marcella B. Smith, R. Smith, Annie Moore and Manson Moore; and his mother Ashia La'Shai Moore.
He is survived by: his grandparents, Krystal Campbell of Lake City and Aundris Moore, Sr. of Baker County; his uncle Aundris Moore, Jr. of Lake City; his aunt Asianna Moore of Lake City; and his great-grandparents, Robert Campbell of Louisiana and Sheron Taylor of Lake City.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 18th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Gateway-Forest Lawn Funeral Home and Crematory Inc. (3596 US-441, Lake City, FL 32025). A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Gateway-Forest Lawn Memorial Chapel (3596 US-441, Lake City, FL 32025).
