It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of John M. Ellis of Lake City, Florida, who passed away on July 18, 2022, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father Rev. Leonard M. Ellis; his wife Shirley Faye Ellis; his daughters, Teresa Ann Looper and Angela "Angel" Fowler; his siblings, William "Bill" Ellis and Geneva; and his brother-in-law Sam Jones.
He is survived by: his children, Preston Ellis (Laura) of Lake City, Johhny M. Ellis, Jr. (Sandy) of Maryville, TN and Valerie Ellis-Hodson of Anderson, IN; his sister-in-law MaryJo Ellis of Tennessee; and his cousin June Atkinson of Tennessee. He is also survived by ten grandchildren, eleven great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
