He was predeceased by: his father Frank Lewis; his wife Dorothy; and his children, Frank Lewis, John Lewis and Carolyn Lipscomb (Lewis).
He is survived by: his daughters, Priscilla Pearson and Sally Lewis-Cocja. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren.
