"Billy" Ogden, Jr.; her daughter Annette Ogden Recavarren (Ed); her granddaughter Anita Ogden Edwards (David); her brother Jay Hoover; and her child Church. She is also survived by many extended family members and dear friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial donations be made to First Methodist Church of Lake City or Friends of the Columbia County Public Library in honor of Joyce's lifelong love of education, literacy, and children.
