She is survived by: her children, John "Buddy" Hosford (Jenny) of MacClenny and Trish Hosford Brewington of Ft. White; and her grandchildren, Kell Prevatt (Shelby) of Lake City, Olivia Hosford of MacClenny and Noah Hosford of MacClenny.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the Wounded Warrior Project.
