He was predeceased by: his parents, Holland Ward and Billie Gray Ward; and his pet J. J.. He is survived by: his spouse Betsey Ward (Worth) of Lake City; his children, Stefanie Lynn Ward of Daytona, Jacob Hill and Virginia Hill (Brian Thomas) of Lake City; his granddaughters, Alyssa Connely, Dani Davis Duckwiler and Emma Hill; and his adoptive parents, Barbara, Brad and John Hollingsworth. He is also survived by many cousins and lifelong friends.
In lieu of flowers, please donate to the Lake City Elks Lodge #893 Scholarship Fund, which is awarded annually to local high school seniors.
