He was predeceased by: his mother Lillian Bailey; and his brother Timothy Bailey Sr.. He is survived by: his father Bernard Bailey; and his brother Dewayne Bailey (Paula Bailey). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and many friends.
