She was predeceased by: her parents, Kenneth Neeley and Lois Mead Neeley; her husband Norman Burnham; her daughter Norma Jean Burnham; and her siblings, Earl Neeley, Charles Neeley, Sr., Beula Hardy and Grace Hagans.

She is survived by: her daughters, Ellen Downing (Mitchell) of Lake City, FL and Kathy Guthrie (Anthony); her sister Lorriane Hayes of Bristol, VA.; and her grandchildren, Alisa Keen, Steven Downing, Patricia Fussell, Ashley Spahalski, Austin Lord, Leslie Nettles and Brittany Charles.

Visitation will be held on Monday, June 16th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Fellowhsip Baptist Church (17077 SW Sabre Ave, Lake City, FL 32024). A funeral service will be held on Monday, June 16th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Fellowship Baptist Church.
