With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Matthew Cody Jacobsen of Lake City, Florida, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 13, 2025 at the age of 34. He was predeceased by: his brothers, Tommy Jacobsen and John Jacobsen. He is survived by: his parents, Jim Jacobsen and Diana Jacobsen; his wife Jasmine Jacobsen; his children, Jade Dotson, Hunter Dotson, Wylan Jacobsen and Kooper Jacobsen; and his brothers, David Jacobsen, Daniel Jacobsen, Chris Jacobsen, Robert Jacobsen and James Jacobsen.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 23rd 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Ferreira Funeral Services - Lake City (458 S Marion Ave, Lake City, FL 32025).
