Nathan Hartley, III of Lake City; his sister-in-law Kristen Hartley of Orange Park; his nephew Erik Nathaniel Hartley of St. Augustine; his nieces, Nicole Marie Schacht (Bradley) of St. Augustine and Jamie Lynn Hartley of Orange Park; and his great-nephews, Oliver and Levi Schacht of St. Augustine. He is also survived by numerous uncles, aunts and cousins.
