He was predeceased by: his father James Marion Williams. He is survived by: his mother Geneva Thornton Williams of Lake City, FL; his daughters, Stacey Williams of Lake City, FL and Stephanie "Sissy" Williams; his brothers, Jimmy Williams (Sherry) of Lake City, FL and Tommy Williams of Carlton, GA.; his grandchildren, Brandon, Peyton, Dana Barwick, Kaleb Root, Triston and Shayla Williams; and his great grandchild Joshua Lee Barwick.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, November 8th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Gateway - Forest Lawn Memorial Chapel, Lake City (3596 US-441, Lake City, FL 32025).
