Visitation was held on Friday, July 18th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Gateway-Forest Lawn Funeral Home (3596 US-441, Lake City, FL 32025). A funeral service was held on Saturday, July 19th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Gateway - Forest Lawn Memorial Chapel, Lake City (3596 US-441, Lake City, FL 32025). A burial was held on Saturday, July 19th 2025 at 12:30 PM at the Memorial Cemetery.
