He is survived by: his parents, Richard Delane Williamson, Jr. (Kari) and Eva Marie Williams (Alan "Pops"); his fiancée Brianna Palmer of Lake City, FL; his daughter Ava Rose Williamson; his siblings, Bryar Burnham, Zackery Williamson, Clayton Sanders, Hollie Greene and Dakota Greene; his grandparents, Richard Delane "Sonny" Williamson, Sr. (Annette), Angela Durden and Johnthan Williams; his great-grandparent Gigi; his uncle Steven Williamson (Julie); his aunts, Tomara Murphy (Michael), Sherri Harden and Brianna; and also, Kirsten Habig and Trinity Sanders.

Visitation was held on Friday, July 11th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Gateway-Forest Lawn Funeral Home (3596 US-441, Lake City, FL 32025). A memorial service was held on Friday, July 11th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Gateway-Forest Lawn Funeral Home Memorial Chapel (3596 US-441, Lake City, FL 32025). A funeral service was held on Friday, July 11th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the Mason City Community Center (11110 US-441, Lake City, FL 32025).
