He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, James Fletcher Bishop, Sr. and Florrie Branan Bishop; his wife LaNita; his children, Phil (Debbie), Greg (Kathy) and Natalie Ward (Scott); his grandchildren, Megan Carter (Ivey), Michael Bishop (Shannon), Matthew Bishop (Megan), Tabitha Machado (Erik) and AJ Ward; his great grandchildren, Rylan, Kya Machado, Grady, Charlie Bishop, Karsyn, Sawyer Ward, McKenna, Mason Bishop and Reed Carter; and his siblings, Jimmy Bishop (Caroline) of Pensacola, FL, Mary Farmer of Charlottesville, VA. and Kathleen Durrance (Billy) of Lake City, FL..
