Parnell of Lake City, Florida, born in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, who passed away on August 12, 2025, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, George H. Parnell and Dorothy L. Teague Parnell; and his brothers, Ed, Wayne, Doug and Charlie Parnell.
He is survived by: his wife Brenda J. Parnell of Lake City; his children, Sue Conerly (Perry) of Alachua and Michael Parnell (Terri) of Fort White; and his brothers, Donald Parnell of Fort White, Dennis Parnell of Hobe Sound and Mark Parnell of Branford. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren; and 8 great-grandchildren with a great-granddaughter.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Disabled American Vets in memory of Mr. Parnell.
