He was predeceased by: his father Burton Henry; his siblings, Eugene Bailey, Eddie Joe Bailey and Marilyn Bailey Nash Connell; and his grandson Hunter Gillen Bailey.
He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Herndon Bailey; his sons, Rusty Bailey (Patricia), Scott Bailey (Emily), Dusty Bailey (Carrie) and Kevin Bailey (Hillary); his grandchildren, Bethany Herron (Ashton), Lauren, Remington, Tara, Ava, Brielle, Aiden, Brooke and Cooper Bailey; his great grandchild Hunter Herron; and his daughter Debbie King (Carl).
