She was predeceased by: her parents, John Haynes and Margaret Haynes; and her husband Robert William Howell. She is survived by: her children, Robert W. Howell II and JoAnn Howell; and her sister Charlotte Downing. She is also survived by seven grandchildren & twenty-four great-grandchildren.
