She is survived by: her children, Tammy Scott (Chris) of Homerville, Georgia and Brock Morris of Tampa, Florida; and her siblings, Wayne Ratliff of Jacksonville, Florida and Debbie Higgins of Lake City, Florida. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren; along with many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and dear friends.
